PP Melt-Blown Filter Cartridges
PP Melt-Blown Filter cartridges consist of three layers of fibers wound on a polypropylene core. The outer layer serves as a pre-filter, the middle layer is an intermediate filter, and the inner layer acts as a final filter. PP filter cartridge use food grade polypropylene as raw material with the process of hot melting spray, spray, traction and winding.
Features and benefits of use:
1.It can remove some impurities like suspended substance, particles and rust effectively.
2.Wide filtration on range from 1μ up to 50μ
3.Absolute filtration on efficiency evaluated at 99.98%
4.Different sizes, asymmetric position on of the pores and mu -layer filtration on structure increase the dust absorption on of the cartridge.
