Causes and solutions of high pressure in purified water equipment
Pure water equipment has been applied in many industries. The most important thing is to rely on booster pumps to enable water to smoothly enter reverse osmosis membranes for deep purification.
The pure water equipment project is widely used by US: drinking, chemical, medical, breeding, planting, food, beverage, etc.
However, there are usually reasons for high water pressure. Here are some common reasons for high water pressure :(1)High-pressure pump export door-adjusting improper. (2)
The pipe from the high pressure pump to the reverse osmosis is blocked. (3)
The concentrated water adjustment door is too tight or blocked, and the concentrated water discharge flow is small. (4)The recovery rate is too low.
When the water pressure is high, the water valve, pipeline blockage, concentrated water regulation and other factors should be checked in time to take appropriate measures to solve the problem. Here are two commonly used Solutions: 1.
Increase the pressure of upstream treated water and adjust the concentrated water and produced water pressure according to RO inlet stop valve. 2.
Open the outlet valve of the high-pressure pump and the inlet valve of the RO, or close the needle valve on the thick water pipeline.
