Investing some money to buy a water treatment system is a one-time cost, but the benefits are continuous, and the benefits are far greater than the current investment in machine costs.
Our 6T UF ultrafiltration and RO system is equipped with two dosing systems and the dosing system is equipped with chlorine. Chlorine is the most widely used disinfectant in water treatment. Maintaining a certain amount of residual chlorine can not only inhibit the reproduction of bacteria in water, prevent water pollution, inhibit the vitality of invaded pathogens, but also help to reduce water color and use to clean the ultrafiltration membrane and RO membrane. A dosing system is placed behind the UF system. It is used during UF system is backwashing. The chlorine is added to clean the UF membrane, so that the ultrafiltration membrane can re-act and play a role in sterilizing water. Another dosing system is placed behind the RO membrane. Because the RO membrane may be contaminated with bacterial virus infection, a dosing system is installed to clean the RO membrane and the water can be further sterilized to ensure high quality water .
The 6T UF ultrafiltration and RO system is equipped with a scale inhibition system that is installed in front of the RO system. The water forms scale due to a large amount of calcium and magnesium metal ions that are difficult to remove. The scale inhibitor is capable to disperse poorly soluble inorganic salt in water, remove scale and prevent scale formation. The addition of a scale inhibitor to the RO system prevents the reverse osmosis membrane from fouling, ensures efficient operation of the RO membrane and removes calcium and magnesium metal ions from the water.

How to make Briquettes?
Briquetting is a process where some type of raw material is compressed under high pressure to form a round or square briquette that can be used for heating purpose.
If the raw material is wood waste or agro waste, the lignin content is liberated under this very high pressure thus binding the material into a briquette with high density.
During the compression of the material, temperatures rise sufficiently to make the raw material liberate various adhesives that will assist in keeping the particles together in the compressed shape. However, to make this process successful, the moisture content of the raw material must be in the range 6 - 20 %.
The high temperature also causes the moisture in the raw material to evaporate. At a very high moisture contents, steam pockets may build up during the process thus leading to expansion which will demolish the briquette.
As the optimum moisture content for briquetting purposes varies with the raw material, we know from experience that the recommended water content is from min. 6% to max. 20%. The ideal moisture content for most wood based material is 10-15%.
Volume Reduction and Other Advantages
Briquetting often leads to a volume reduction of more than 10 times. Wood shavings will go from less than 100 kg/m3 to typical 1000 to 1100 kg/m3, which simplifies storage and transportation problems considerably.
For flammable dust, briquetting is also an effective way to reduce the risk of explosions and fires.
