If machine installation and operation, do not produce pure water

How long will your machine last?

If the machine already run 2-3 years, maybe the membrane is block. In this case, need to replace new membrane or use chemical to clean. 

Please kindly take pictures for the inlet pressure gauge. The normal working pressure is between 0.15-0.4 mpa. If there is no pressure, it means there is no water come into the machine. In this case, you should check whether there is any water in the raw water tank.

Please kindly check whether the valve is doing back washing. 

Please take picture of the pressure gauge under the control panel and see whether there is any pressure on it. The working pressure is 0.15-0.4 Mpa.
