The treatment method also uses evaporation and off-site treatment. When selecting the reverse osmosis process, an appropriate pretreatment process must be selected, which is a prerequisite to ensure the normal operation of the reverse osmosis system. The pretreatment process currently used is mainly based on biochemical methods. 2. DT membrane treatment process. The landfill leachate enters the regulating tank by gravity flow to adjust the water quality and quantity of the leachate. The pump is lifted into the nanofiltration system and the disc tube reverse osmosis system for advanced treatment to ensure that the effluent meets the discharge standard. The treated effluent is stored in the discharge pool, and then pumped to the water reuse point or discharged to the standard. The surplus sludge produced by leachate treatment enters the sludge thickening tank. After the sludge is concentrated, the supernatant is returned to the regulating tank. The concentrated sludge is dehydrated by the dehydrator and sent to the garbage storage pit; the dish tube reverse osmosis concentrated liquid is returned to Garbage storage pit. The sewage pump is lifted to the pH adjustment tank for pH adjustment, and the pH-adjusted leachate enters the sand filter and the cartridge filter through the lift pump to remove the larger suspended particles in the leachate. 3. ST film treatment process. The effluent from the secondary biochemical sedimentation tank flows into the intermediate pool by itself, and after being boosted by the intermediate water pump, it is filtered through a sand filter to remove suspended solids and mechanical particles in the water. After the effluent is transported into the raw liquid tank, the pH is adjusted with sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid, and the pH value is adjusted to 6.0-6.5 to reduce carbonate precipitation and at the same time convert free ammonia into NH4+ to improve the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen by reverse osmosis. The leachate after pH adjustment is pressurized by the raw water pump into the first-stage ST reverse osmosis system. In the treatment of landfill leachate, each stage of the ST device is equipped with a separate concentrated water circulation pump, which forms a large flow of concentrated water circulation inside. The liquid flows through the membrane surface at a high speed, and pollutants are not easy to adhere. The advantages of ST membrane are the wide inlet channel, high flow rate, short process and circulating flow, which promote the violent and high mixing of liquid, reduce the concentration polarization, greatly reduce the fouling and scaling of the membrane, and the cleaning of the membrane. And maintenance is also easy. These performance advantages make the ST membrane have a good treatment effect in high-concentration, high-salt landfill leachate.
