What is the technology used in printing and dyeing wastewater treatment equipment? Author: dyeing industrial wastewater complex composition, often single technology can not achieve satisfactory results, use of environmentally friendly technology to integrate a variety of printing and dyeing industrial wastewater treatment equipment, has reached the appropriate standard to obtain a higher economic efficiency. So, what are the environmental protection printing and dyeing wastewater treatment equipment technologies? (1) Regulation: For wastewater with large changes in water quality and volume, a longer residence time should be considered in the regulation tank. Generally, when the subsequent treatment unit is hydrolytic acidification or anaerobic treatment, aeration mixing is not suitable. (2) Coagulation reaction: When the wastewater contains more hydrophobic dyes, put the coagulation reaction process before biochemistry to remove insoluble dyes and reduce the load of subsequent biological treatment. (3) Neutralization: When the pH value of the raw water is high, it is usually neutralized with sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid. In order to save the amount of reagents, it can be adjusted later. (5) Filtration: When the effluent needs to be clarified or reused, sand filtration or coal sand two-layer filtration should be used. (6) Electrolysis: Titanium-ruthenium electroplating inert electrode electrolysis has a good decolorization effect on acid dye printing and dyeing wastewater. When removing COD, the removal rate of sulfur dyes, vat dyes, acid dyes, reactive dyes and other dyes is relatively high. Due to the large amount of sludge, metal anode electrolysis is rarely used. (7) Aerobic biodegradation: The activated sludge method is preferred for high-volume and high-concentration printing and dyeing wastewater such as oxidation ditch, intermittent activated sludge method (SBR), and circulating activated sludge method (CSTR). For wastewater with low water volume and concentration, biological contact oxidation method can be considered, but the packing should ensure the density and volume ratio, and it is suitable to adopt the multi-stage series method. (8) Membrane separation technology Ultrafiltration: Ultrafiltration membranes have precise pores that can retain macromolecules and other particles in the water. The operating pressure is low, the process is simple, and it can be used for dye recovery or advanced sewage treatment.
